Logel Homes breaks ground on Waterside

Eight five-storey condo buildings will look out over Mahogany Lake.

Logel Homes officially broke ground on Waterside this May at Mahogany Drive and Mahogany Boulevard S.E. Chairman and CEO Tim Logel, centre, is flanked by sons Brayden, president (left), and Kevin, construction manager (right), and the Logel team. Waterside, which looks out over Mahogany Lake, will feature eight five-storey condo buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring 472 to 1,298 square feet of living space. They are priced from the high $200,000s to mid $600,000s. Logel Homes is the BILDCR Awards winner for Builder of the Year Multi-family Large Volume, four years running.
