Customer Care & Warranty Specialist

Reporting to the Customer Care & Warranty Manager, the Customer Care & Warranty Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' new homes function well during the warranty period, including inspections and repairs. This will include providing on site timely, quality repairs, including the execution of warranty repairs, maintenance, and installation of our products, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers experience reliability and superior customer service.
